The fee is
$10.00 (nonrefundable)
When you
press the "BUY NOW" button
you'll be taken to our PayPal
account where you will have the
option of paying through your
own PayPal account or your
Visa or MasterCard.
Once you
have completed your payment
you'll see the "Return to
Merchant" button at the bottom
of the PayPal page. Click
RETURN TO MERCHANT and
you'll be taken to our Payment
Confirmation Page.
The
Payment Confirmation Page has the username and password
so that you can immediately
