About the Tutorial

There are two ways to do the tutorial:

1. Read Recommended Reading #1 (one of seven topics) and post comments, feedback, or questions on our private password-protected tutorial message board. Continue with Recommended Reading #2, etc. etc.

2. Design your own tutorial by posting a question on the message board. View Optional Topics for examples. Refer to the Recommended Readings later. Communication cannot take place when there is an incomplete occupying the mind, therefore it might be appropriate for you to begin the tutorial by addressing what's on your mind.

What happens when you do the tutorial? Without having to change yourself or your partner, or spout phrases that worked for others, or memorize anything, you will automatically find yourself producing favorable results—such is the power of genuine communication.
